Around Easter-time the well-known and well-loved Meyer’s Deli teamed up with the equally respected Siciliansk Is to create something beautiful. Just next to Meyers Deli they created a pop-up serving the most delicious combinations of pastries and ice cream to create a truly indulgent moment for anybody lucky enough to eat them. If you’re not as obsessed with cinnamon rolls as we are, you can also opt for one of their gorgeous flakey croissants and your tastebuds will thank you. These lovely croissants come filled with tasty, creamy ice cream and a sweet, tangy rhubarb compote that is utterly scrumptious.
If that weren’t enough to get you thinking about pastries and ice cream for the rest of the day, they also offer ice cream flavours that are exclusive to the pop-up and can’t be bought at Siciliansk Is, like the coffee ice cream made from excess coffee grounds from Meyer’s Deli. The pop-up is open from 1 pm to 5 pm every day, so it’s perfectly placed for a lunchtime treat, and it’s located at Gammel Kongevej 107, 1850 Frederiksberg.
